When subscribers tried Dark Chocolate Sea Salt during its in-dev phase back in June, they made it clear: this flavor needed to be released. By the end of the first week, we knew this was going to get a full release. Now, that release is here – it’s launching next Thursday, 9/22.
Surveys revealed that this flavor was pretty close to perfect, but people still wanted even… more… chocolate. So, our product dev team made the following updates:
- Replaced cacao nibs with chocolate chips: the result is a smoother, sweeter chocolate experience.
- More salt: slightly increasing the sea salt complimented the richness of the cocoa and helped achieve a more full-bodied chocolate flavor.
Overall, the final result is quite close to the in-development version, but a few tweaks really set this flavor off.
So, mark your calendar: Dark Chocolate Sea Salt will be available next week Thursday. If you’re someone who can’t get enough chocolate, this just might test your limits. Either way, you’re going to absolutely love this.
